We are taking every precaution to ensure employee and patient safety during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are following local, state, and federal health recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
Currently, we are OPEN for chiropractic treatment visits in the clinic AND using VIDEO-CHAT Patient Visits for follow up office visits. Prior to your scheduled VIDEO-CHAT visit, please call our office so our staff can assist you with setup for the call.
We encourage everyone to take the necessary steps to protect your health. Please visit the California Department of Public Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention websites for the latest guidance on how to best avoid contracting the virus.
If you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance prior to your tele-video visit, we encourage you to call our office for support. We are making every effort to ensure our office operations are not interrupted unless otherwise instructed by our public health officials. Please be aware that this secure messaging platform SHOULD NOT be used for any emergency medical situations, and you should always call 911 in case of an emergency. If at any time you have an urgent question, do not understand a message we send you or do not feel comfortable discussing an issue via text message, you should feel free to call our office instead.

EDGE OT is open for in-clinic patient care on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Teresa is available for Telehealth video visits on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
To help us do our part in slowing the spread of COVID-19, we ask your cooperation with the following:
- MASKS are required for entry. Please wear your face mask prior to arriving to our office.
- ONLY patients will be allowed in our clinic for their appointments. Children, relatives, or friends are restricted from attending appointments.
- All in-person visitors are prohibited from remaining on the premises if they present Coronavirus-related risk factors.
- Sick employees/patients/visitors to our office are to stay home until fever free/symptom free for greater than 24 hours.
- Anyone who appears to have acute respiratory illness symptoms (i.e. cough, shortness of breath) upon arrival to our office will be rescheduled to a later date when symptom free.
- If an individual is sick and has traveled in a HIGH RISK area such as China, Italy, Iran, South Korea or Japan, or any other region deemed high risk by the CDC, we ask that person not come to our office at this time and to reschedule when symptom free.
- Do not come to our office if you were advised to self-quarantine.
- Please call us at (408) 294-8020 or email us at office@theedgehealthgroup.com if you have visited us and have become ill with symptoms of or diagnosis of COVID-19 so we can take appropriate safeguards.
